Modifications


From the simplicity of the fitting of an aftermarket exhaust can to a complete exhaust system replacement, we are equipped to do it all. Specialising in Suzuki, air box mods, gear position indicator mods and custom TPS settings are all available. Another popular mod on the Suzuki models is the removal of the “Back Torque Limiter” which reverts the bike back to having a basic clutch operation. At this time especially on the Hayabusas, we recommend the fitting of a clutch slave cylinder brace, which stops the flexing action that can lead to eventual failure of the front sprocket cover.

What ever performance modification it may be you choose, having a dyno room equipped with the latest Eddy Current type dyno on the premises, comes into it’s own. We can supply you with a before and after horsepower printout from your bike, to show you the true results that have been obtained. No seat of the pants “Feel” that so many appear to be selling, but an accurate readout of your bikes horsepower at the rear wheel and also what your bike has gained from each modification.

NOS Enhanced Performance

We now also have available NOS kits for all models and applications. Value in Hp for dollar one cannot get better results than with a NOS kit modification. Also with the added benefit that for normal riding the bike is as "stock" but then when hyper fun is required, at the touch of a button it's there.

New Bike? Simply remove your NOS kit and refit, so you don't loose the cost of the mod or it's benefits if and when you sell your bike.

 

 

Turbo kits

We now have Turbo kits available for Suzuki Hayabusa and also the following models Gixxer 600 / 750 / 1000, Yamaha R1, Honda CBR 600

HAYABUSA Stage one kit comprises of the following

  • Custom Garret turbo, modded for external wastegate
  • 38 mm tial gate (external)
  • 304 grade stainless steel header and flanges
  • braided oil feed line and fittings
  • braided oil return line and fittings
  • new in-line fuel pump
  • rising rate regulator (FMU)
  • fuel lines for the fuel system
  • polished aluminum sheet metal air box
  • crankcase vent filter
  • boost gauge
  • K&N air filter

All vacuum lines, connectors, hose clamps, and fittings. Power Commander maps will be supplied with kits.

This system will make 250 Hp on pump fuel without any engine work. It fits inside stock body work so no panel cutting or modification is required. This system can be upgraded to 300 HP with slight engine work.

GSXR1000 Stage 1 kit

This system will make 220 Hp on pump fuel with head gasket installed. It fits inside stock body work for a very stealth look.
