Pitstop would like to introduce you to the latest in fuel remapping and ECU
reprogramming for the Suzuki Hayabusa, GSXR1000 and B-King.
This ground breaking new concept we already have in
practice with many bikes currently now running with fully flashed ECU’s. This
can be done on all models from 99 thru to 09,. Fuel mapping and restriction
resets available on Gen I (99 to 07) and fuel mapping restriction resets plus
more on the Gen II (08 Models on)
On the Gen II models having an ECU with much more capability we can also use the
standard ECU as a shift controller, NOS controller including window operation
and wide open throttle switch control and more. The two main advantages of this
are firstly the cost savings to you the customer as no after market products are
needed as before, such as Power Commander, XTRE, Window Switchs, Controllers
etc.
Secondly by being able to use the standard ECU to control the parameters that
before required two or more aftermarket products this simplifies the whole
process making it much more reliable with less chance of a malfunction due to
the elimination of any extra hardware.
We also have in stock and available ECU “Flashing Kits” for the do it yourself
tuner. Both on bike and also on bench flashing for Gen I & Gen II Hayabusas. One

Dyno Facility and Fuel Injection
Having the latest "Low Inertia" Eddy Current Dyno facility in house makes for gaining the most HP and Performance from your bike a guaranteed result. Results that if using guess work and trial and error are just not obtainable. The DYNO room we have contains only the latest equipment, enabling us to not only extract the best from your bike, but to also do this without the risk factor of engine damage due to incorrect Air Fuel Ratio settings. There are many claiming they are remapping and adjusting fuel settings without a DYNO or AFR readings. This results in you paying for little more than a guess, is this what you wish to pay for? A GUESS !!!!
We are also fully equipped for Fuel Injector \ Fuel System cleaning and service, once again by ensuring that your complete fuel system is at its optimum, the best performance possible can be obtained from your bike.
Electronic fuel management systems such as those fitted to the latest type sports bikes, now have many items and components that previous
carburetted type bikes did not. It is most important that your repairer have a sound knowledge and understanding of the current injection systems used, so as to be able to diagnose, identify and repair any faults that may occur. With over twenty years experience in fuel injection and engine management systems, plus the latest diagnostic equipment available, makes for efficient and also cost effective repairs for you as the customer
Yamaha R1 Fuel Injection
Adjustment
We also have recently
acquired new equipment for the adjustment and
set up of the latest "Fuel Injected" YAMAHA R1's. This equipment
allows us to sample the exhaust emission's from each cylinder individually
and then adjust as required. These readings in effect, allow us to make
much more accurate base idle mixture settings and adjustments, that
are not only critical for a smooth idle, but also for crisp and correct
throttle response.
Once again by having available and using test equipment with the same
level of technology that your bike is built, we can guarantee and show
you, the customer, the results that have been obtained. We invite you
to inspect our premises, and to see for yourself how by having this
equipment, it allows us to take the guess work from the equation during
both diagnosis or adjustment of your motor cycle.
Tuning
With Tuneboy
The TuneBoy
program provides the diagnostic interface, this program provides all the
features of the official Triumph service tool (except tune downloads as
this is handled by the TuneEdit program). This software also provides
diagnostic function for Aprilia and Benelli motorcycles with the Sagem
ECU.
The TuneEdit program allows us to create customized maps and load
these into the ECU, it also allows us to load the standard Triumph,
Aprilia or Benelli maps. This also allows us to easily make and test
changes and just as easily go back to the standard settings.
